Acacia Wood Pepper Grinder

The acacia wood pepper grinder is made of Acacia tree. The lovewood we bought is made directly from raw wood. After arriving at the factory, we perform cutting, degreasing, and drying, so we have a great advantage in producing Acacia wood products.

This acacia wood pepper grinder is very different from other grinders: we need to first cut the material into several wooden blocks of the same shape and size, and then manually select the material based on the degree of color, ensuring that the colors when pieced together on the same grinder are similar. Then, piece by piece, they are pieced together and operated on a CNC machine.

On the grinding core, in order to match it, we use stainless steel material. Make consumers feel more at ease when using it.

This is a large capacity grinder. You can add pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, sea salt, sesame seeds, parsley and other ingredients, gently rotate them, and their powder will fall off, perfectly blending with the food and producing the best chemical reaction.

In terms of cleaning, it is also very simple: for the exterior of the grinder, especially the acacia wood part, it can be gently wiped with a damp cloth. Be careful not to let the wood soak in water for a long time to avoid deformation or damage. After wiping, you can dry it with a dry cloth or let it air dry naturally in a well ventilated place. For the interior of the grinder, use a brush or cloth to clean the residual seasoning inside the grinder. If possible, the various components of the grinder can be removed for cleaning, and the removed parts can be rinsed with clean water to ensure that there are no residues. Dry the cleaned components in a well ventilated area to ensure complete drying before reassembling.

In terms of maintenance, applying a layer of vegetable oil to the wooden part of the grinder can help maintain the luster of the wood and prevent cracking. Regularly check the fasteners of the grinder to ensure they are not loose. Do not use alcohol or other chemical reagents to wipe the grinder to avoid damaging the wood or grinding parts.
